Trevor Avery, Director

Trevor has 20 years of experience in design and management and is able to provide creative, innovative and affordable design for both residential and commercial clients.

Drawing on his extensive experience delivering residential and commercial projects of all sizes, Trevor can quickly advise and provide solutions and ideas that add value to projects. With a qualification in Urban Design, he can deliver larger scale development solutions and has expertise in planning that provides an edge when dealing with planning applications and issues.

He is a regular 'Expert' at the National Self Build Centre, offering advice on all aspects of managing self-build residential projects from site appraisals through design and managing the construction work on site.

Trevor also has developed a specialist approach with lapd architects in delivering residential projects. He can advise on construction cost at pre-planning stages and enforces budget control as a main factor within any project brief.

At weekends, you can find him dividing his time between family, working on his house 'project', building the odd boat or looking for rapids to test the latest canoe.

Opinder Liddar, Director

With strong personal communication skills and commitment to design, Opinder excels at delivering projects that exceed our clients' expectations.

Opinder has a particular expertise in sustainability and the incorporation of sustainable principles within domestic projects. He is a regular presenter and expert at the Self-Build Centre, a member of NASBA and is part of the RIBA Green Group, which works to promote sustainable building practice.

Opinder is also a school governor and, when he's not taking his children to various clubs, can be found playing golf or riding around on his electric bike.

Bob has been in practice in the Thames Valley for over 30 years, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every project. In his spare time, Bob enjoys messing about on the rivers around Oxfordshire.

Richard Hoyle, Architect

With over 30 years of experience across a broad range of residential and commercial projects, Richard has extensive project management skills with a detailed knowledge in dealing with refurbishment of Listed Buildings. A keen gardener and another canoeist in his spare time.
