Project 199
- new garden and attics rooms to Cotswold cottage
 The
additions improved the privacy and quality of the
rear garden and created a much needed family room
and enlarged kitchen. These now have direct
access into the garden via a new landscaped terrace
link, visually and physically linking the house to
the outside space.

Project 200
- Refurbishment of flat, extension and creation of
attic gallery space in Kensington
 This
was a very successful and contemporary intervention
into a listed building with difficult access
problems and limitations on the level of alteration
to the existing structure.
This property
will be featured in the ITV programme 'Homes +
Property' to be aired in Spring 2006.

Project 201 - Eco house
A timber
framed eco house for a private client family. The
house incorporates natural materials wherever possible in
its construction and finishes thereby minimising its
impact on existing resources.

Project 202 - A bespoke timber framed sustainable
house
 A
contemporary house that blends well into it's unique
setting. Although the elevation is north
facing the use of clerestory and double height
spaces enables maximum use of passive heating by
facing these elements in a south to south westerly
direction.

house
 A
new attic master bedroom with ensuite and family
room to the
ground floor including a new kitchen and wc, all in
a contemporary style.
